Building on past successes, the WAterways project comprises three interconnected initiatives emphasising the value of local stakeholder engagement in the effective management of WAterways. The project team will work closely with communities to co-design waterway regeneration strategies, generate a highly engaging education and outreach program, and develop key policy recommendations to support innovations in WAterways management strategies. Through these initiatives, we will engage directly with the community to foster development of local networks and raise awareness about actions that can be taken to support WAterways regeneration in Western Australia.
